JIM SNOWDON

Jim has extensive experience in people management within organisations and as an external development consultant. Jim has held responsibiity for most of the people management functions having worked as HR Director managing teams of up to 70 HR profressionals and budgets of 70m.

Experienced within public and private sectors include recruitment, management development, training, coaching, employee relations, organisation design and HR strategy and structure and performance management.

Jim is a Member of the CIPD, and ICF Coach and BPS Accredited in a range of psychometric tools including a MBTI Qualified Assessor.
