‘Your Skill Development Programme’ for the Customer Care & Billing Teams’ at Your Communications - Your Communications offers voice, data and mobile services to the public sector and SME’s.
The aim was to design and deliver a ‘customer experience’ improvement programme for all members of the Customer Care Department aimed at establishing and building internal and external customer relationships.
Outcomes included improvements in Employee Opinion survey results with respect to Learning, specifically targets met on:
- “All our people carry out their roles efficiently and effectively”.
- “All our people are given support for their personal and career development”.
- Working practices were integrated and ‘working silos’ were removed within the Customer Care & Billing.
“I enjoyed the creativeness of the activities. It stimulated the mind in that it will affect the way I think about communications and good service”
