‘Effective Employee Relationships Programme’ at Telewest Broadband - the UK broadband communications and media group.

Telewest engaged Jibboo Ltd. To design and deliver an ‘Effective Employee Relationships’ (EER) programme for all management levels, focusing on self-awareness, behaviours and managing diversity as part of a business re-branding exercise. The programme was delivered across the ‘Residential’ and ‘Business’ sectors of the organisation.

Directors, Operational and HR Management Teams & Supervisors
Attended a one day ‘Effective Employee Relationships’ workshop delivered at various locations throughout the UK. This was followed by coaching and support in raising awareness of how employee relationships, employee and customer engagement affect business success.

HR & Training Teams
Attended an ‘Advanced Training & Facilitation’ Workshop in order to deliver future EER workshops in-house.

Over a 6 month period, Jibboo delivered 116 workshops covering 1688 delegates with 6 trainers.

98% of delegates felt they were now more aware of key employment legislation that affects the management of people.
