An experienced HR and Training consultant with operational and strategic HR and training experience in financial services, banking, retail, media, facilities management and contracted services and in private, public and not for profit sectors.
As a lecturer on the CIPD Post-Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management she enjoyed sharing her experience with the next generation of HR professionals.
Tara’s qualifications include a Diploma in Personnel Management, a Masters Degree in HR Management, BPS approved Psychometric testing, holds FCIPD membership and is a lecturer of the CIPD Post Graduate Diploma.
