JIM SNOWDON
Has extensive experience in people management within organisations and as an external development consultant. Jim has held responsibility for most of the people management functions having worked as HR Director managing teams of up to 70 HR professionals and budgets of £70m.
Experienced within public and private sectors include recruitment, management development, training, coaching, employee relations, organisation design and HR strategy and structure and performance management.
Jim is a Member of the CIPD, an ICF Coach and BPS Accredited in a range of psychometric tools including an MBTI Qualified Assessor.
