‘Team Role Development’ at Intervet - International veterinary pharmaceutical organisation (part of Akzo Nobel).

Working in Holland, ‘Team Role Development’ workshops were designed and delivered over three months for a multi-lingual project management team. This was to support the implementation of a world wide systems implementation programme.

All project members completed the Belbin Team Role Profile on-line, followed by one-to-one feedback and coaching. The project directors were involved in facilitated development sessions enabling them to coach and manage their project teams sucessfully.
