‘Sales & Marketing Team Development Programme’ at INplace - a major provider of affordable homes, INplace offers a wide range of properties throughout London and the South East.
The overall aim was to design and deliver an Institute of Sales and Marketing Management (ISMM) Endorsed programme to develop the sales and marketing team as part of their personal development plans and to meet changing business needs.
The prime objectives were for the sales and marketing team to really understand their customers, to know what motivates people to buy and how to exceed customers' expectations, transforming their lifetime value to the business.
The results included:
- Internal and external recognition and quality assurance of the training design, delivery and effectiveness e.g. gaining four key pieces of specialist editorial copy.
- Increased customer satisfaction e.g.33% improvement in response times to customer enquiries.
- Increased sales volume e.g. 400% increase in sales volumes during a 6 month period and in a declining market.
