‘Effective Performance Reviews’ at H&T Pawnbrokers – the country’s leading pawn broking company with over 120 outlets in the UK.Jibboo designed and delivered a series of ‘Effective Performance Review’ workshops for all branch managers to support the introduction of a revised performance management process. The workshops were also used to integrate a new commercial part of the business into the corporate processes and approach to developing people.
Internal resources were trained to deliver the workshops ensuring that the desired skills remain in the company after the workshops have finished.
