‘Embedding a new performance management strategy into existing culture at Foseco plc.’ - Foseco is firmly established as a leading supplier of metallurgical chemicals to the foundry industry.

The objective was to design and deliver a Performance Review & Development programme for all UK based employees, including the CEO, senior management, Head Office and factory shop floor.

This was achieved through a series of ‘support’ workshops enabling managers to practically review the performance and development needs of themselves and their teams focused on ‘managing performance’ effectively.

Outcomes achieved meant that personal development is linked to business development priorities.
