‘Managing Performance’ at Everton FC- Premiership Football Club.

Jibboo designed and delivered a ‘Team Build’ event for the commercial department, in line with managing performance and achieving performance goals, this included one-to-one coaching.

The aim was for the objectives for the new financial year to be introduced as part of a formal business management process, and include a method for conducting individual performance reviews and agreeing individual objectives.
