‘Graduate Recruitment’ at Edward Mellor - Estate Agency based in North West England.

Designed and delivered a creative ‘Graduate Recruitment Assessment ’, designing each stage from invitation through to selection.

From group exercises to individual activities, each was linked to the behavioural and technical competencies required for the graduate roles.

The internal assessors were briefed and trained to successfully deliver the recruitment assessment timetable in house.
