Jibboo Ltd. has been working with British Gas since early 2008, specifically designing and delivering workshops focused on coaching skills and behaviours for our managers across a number of business areas.
As a result, there is an increase in confidence to be able to coach for improved performance, such as

- ‘Coaching Surgeries’ established by line managers to further embed the benefits of coaching.
